Quick Pay is a unique link added to a text or email, allowing the boater to click direct to a secure payment provider. There’s no need to log in or remember a password. The boater pays with a card, just like any online transaction. And once they’ve completed, the account is automatically reconciled and marked as paid.
Any service or invoice
Quick Pay can be used for any service or invoice. It’s particularly useful when your team are busy elsewhere or if you don’t want customers coming to the office. Some marina clients have a Quick Pay link in every emailed invoice, others use it as text to pay for regular customers on a busy fuel dock, for transients, or before launching.
Four simple steps
With Quick Pay, any customer can pay online in seconds. They could be a new customer making a payment for the first time, or a regular customer.
- You raise the order and send by email or text
- Customer clicks the link to view the invoice
- Customer adds card details and completes the payment
- Marina Assist automatically reconciles the invoice and payment
Regular customers can store their card details in a secure vault for future use. They’ll still need to provide the CVC/CVV number for security.
We’ve timed it. With a vaulted card, it’s 30 seconds from pressing ‘send’ on the invoice to the payment receipted.
It’s easy for the dockmaster, and it’s easy for your customers too.
Standard feature
Quick Pay is available for all Marina Assist customers on the Plus or Pro plans.
The big green Quick Pay button is automatically embedded in every standard email and text invoice template, and can be added to bespoke templates too.
Text invoicing is available to all users at the standard text rate. Sending email invoices is totally free, and there are no extra costs for using Quick Pay in an email invoice.
